It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mercedes Mary (Vessey) Peters (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on November 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Steve; her parents, Alvin Vessey and Marcella Vessey; and her siblings, Joe and Ida.
She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Jacinta (Mike Gauthier), Karen (Trent Roach), Tim (Jane Evans) and Marcia (Calvin MacPhail); her siblings, Sid, Cammy and Mary; her grandchildren, Emily, Katelyn, Laura, Tyler, Jack, Grace, Sarah, Abby, Ryan, Kate, Hugh, Lola, Eric, Maggie and Estelle; and her great grandchildren, Madisynne, Jackson, Hunter, Carson, Michael, Teagan, Elizabeth and Darcy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
