She was predeceased by: her siblings, Amelia Hobbs and Rodd Matthews. She is survived by: her spouse Leslie J. Farewell; her child Tracey Evison (Trevor); her grandchildren, Lesley and Nathan Evison; her brothers, Rex Matthews and Kelvin Matthews (Doreen); and her nieces and nephews, Anne Hillier (Keith), Sherri Matthews, Terry Matthews (Rose) and Tim Matthews (Allison).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home (33 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A 5A3).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, or the Charlottetown Salvation Army.
