He was predeceased by: his son Robert; his parents, Felix Peters and Agnes Peters; his siblings, Thelma, Edna, Jeanette and Roy Peters; and his brother-in-law Tony Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna Peters; his sons, Wayne Peters (Lorna), Roger Peters (Lynn), Darrin Peters and James Peters (Lois); his grandchildren, Lisa Younker (Joey), Janelle Arsenault (Kolbe), Nadine Titus (Thomas), Alexandra Peters and Nathan Peters; his great grandchildren, Elijah Younker and Ivan Titus; his siblings, Willard Peters (Stella), Ann Murnaghan (Francis) and Marie Smith; and his daughter-in-law Heather MacLeod.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home (35 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A5A3). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Redeemer Church (3 Pond St, Charlottetown, PE C1A2N9).
