He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Blanchard; his brother Ray (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Mary, Doris and Reggie (late Cecila); and his parents, Vernon Blanchard and Marion Blanchard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Lloyd Jr. (Ibrahim) and Cheryl Thompson (Danny); his great grandchildren, Gracie and Hunter; his sister Donna MacIntyre (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Johnny (Brenda), Patsy (late Gary), Melvin, Joe (Marion), Paul (Tracy) and Nancy. He is also survived by nephews, great friends.
