He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McKeigan and Frances McKeigan (Hennessey); his parents-in-law, Clayton and Eva Ballum; his brother John; his nephew Jeff MacDonald; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ballum and Chester Noye.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy McKeigan (Ballum); his sisters, Sandra Mills (Jim), Carolyn Blakney (Ron), Claudia MacDonald (Harvey) and Florence Trainor (Carl); and his in-laws, Norman Ballum (Anita), Donald Ballum (Carolyn), Lousie Ballum, Sharon Yeo (Stanley), Mary Morrison (Mike), Vivian Ballum, Shirley Noye (late Chester), Gloria MacCaull (George), Cathy MacDougall (Kevin), Edith MacDougall (Ian), Michael Ballum (Kim) and Richard Ballum (Tracey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
