Joyce left this world on April 1, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Prout of Forest, Ontario.; her parents, Ralph Furlotte and Marguerite Furlotte; her parents-in-law, Elwood and Gladys Prout; her brother Emile Furlotte (Michelle); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Prout, Betty Parsons and Barbara Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa McNally (Frank) and Mark Prout (Kelly Drover); her grandchildren, Mémé, Mitchell McNally, Caitrynn McNally, Jada Gaudet and Kennedy McNally; and her sisters-in-law, Michelle Furlotte and Shirley Clieffe (Garry).
