With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo-Anne Elizabeth Rayner of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Pam Vessey (Scott); and her cousins, Barbara Simpson-Taylor and Carman Ford.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Diabetes Canada or the PEI Humane Society.
