Irene Alberta Carmody Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 87, Irene Alberta Carmody of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Dennis and Alberta Dennis (Bertie); her husband James Murray "Mike" Carmody; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Dennis (Wilf) and Gordon Lorenz (Muriel).
She is survived by: her children, Philip (Dalyce), Shane (Carry), Doug (Lori), Jeff (Roxanne) and Michelle (Gerald); her grandchildren, Michelyn, Chantel, Jenna, Eric (Marie-Pierre), Dayle, Evan (Niki), Brynn (Donny), Josh and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Finn, Gabe, Adonis, Gabby and Griffin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Irene may be made to IODE, Lucy Maud Montgomery Chapter or to the charity of the donor's choice.
