She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Jay and Barbara Jay; and her aunt Rena Jay-MacEwen. She is survived by: her husband Chad; her children, Cole and Rylee; her sisters, Maxine Jay-Doucette (Lenny) and Patsy Doucette (Roger); her parents-in-law, Barb and Dave Claringbold; her sibling-in-law Kyle Claringbold (Joanne); her nieces and nephews, Danny Jay (Tami), Evan Doucette (Heidi), Ben Doucette, Bryce Doucette, Morgan and Madison Claringbold; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Atlee Rose Doucette and Jaxon Murray.

Memorial donations may be made to Mount Stewart People's Cemetery or the PEI Humane Society.
