With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Heather Lynn Horne of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Heather left this world on September 12, 2024 at the age of 52, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Elmer MacNeill. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Horne; her mother Linda MacNeill (MacArthur); her children, Spencer Horne, Ashley Hume, Alexis Gillis (Cameron) and Riley Hume (Jordan MacKinnon); her sisters, Kim Dudley (Glenn), Judy Wells (Scott) and Jodi Jones (Roy); and her pets, Oddie, Gracie, Toby and Winston. She is also survived by her sister and brother in laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins, nieces and nephews.
