We bid farewell to Hannah Lowleen Coles of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 8, 2024 at the age of 41. Hannah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the sacred silence of farewell, Hannah is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Hannah's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lowell, Doreen Huestis of Summerside, Laurie and Sally Coles of Summerside. She is survived by: her parents, Douglas and Lowleen (Jim Read); her brothers, Benjamin (Rachael) and Elliott (Beth); and her nephews, Edward and Trent.
