He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neill (Joe) and Florence Neill (MacKinnon); and his siblings, Jeanette Cooper, Shirley MacKay and John Neill (Ruth).
He is survived by: his wife Irene Neill (Stevenson); his children, Wayne, Jean Matheson (Wade), David and Douglas; his grandson Ben Matheson; his stepgrandsons, Scott (Tawnya) and Brian (Kerri); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brad (Amy), Ethan, Kayden, Lily and Kohl; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Neill, Byron Stevenson, Liz, Harvey Houston, Shirley, Fred Bagnall, Vernon and Lorraine Stevenson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
