Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Frances leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband John MacKenzie Williams; her children, Rick (Lorie) and Betty Jarvis (Brent); and her siblings, Georgie Nunn (Al) and Myrna Chapman (Don).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Young (Dick), Bob and George (Yolanda).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Frances may be made to the St. Peter's Anglican Church, Foxley River or to the charity of the donor's choice.
