She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ployer and Marion Ployer; her parents-in-law, A. Sterling Sr. and Marjorie MacSwain; and her siblings-in-law, George Compton, Norman MacSwain and Muriel Ann MacSwain.
She is survived by: her husband Sterling; her children, Don (Darlene), Ann (Dean), David (Annette) and Nancy (Edward); her grandchildren, Andrew (Lisa), Vicki (Chris), Robert (Christina), Spencer (Molly), John Stephen (Taylor), Jenny (Javier), Rebecca and Kate (Tyson); her great grandchildren, Mason, Molly, Mila, Alex and River; and her siblings, George Ployer (Mabel), Eleanor Compton and Joan Macdonald (Bill).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mark's Presbyterian Church (7 Tamarac Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A6T2).
