We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 77, Elaine (Paynter) R Mosher of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leith Paynter and Ida Paynter (Minick); and her siblings, Audrey Lorraine and Dwayne Paynter (Edith). She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Mosher; her children, Ian (Anne), Francis (Angela), Cheryl (Dwight) and Brian Gallant; her stepchildren, Lisa Mosher Birt (Martin), Gordon (Helena) and James Essery; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jonathan Jarvis, Katlin, Matthew Smith, Kyle Chandler, Haley, Jessica, Anthony Perry and Christian Birt; and her siblings, Carol Watters (Terry) and Allen (Pat).
