He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his parents, Robert MacDonald and Myrtle MacDonald (MacPhee); his siblings, Angus, Tish Rauch (Jack), Janet Smith (Frank), Gladys Beer and Bobby; and his brother-in-law Allan Westcott.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris (Lysa), Jason and Aaron; his grandchildren, Landon and Jorja MacDonald; his sisters, Roberta Wight (Elliott), Carol Kelly (Phillip), Helen Warren (Don), Faith Westcott and Rosemary Sanderson (Franklin); and his sister-in-law Lona MacDonald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the Cancer Treatment Centre or the QEH Unit 2.
