We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 92, Amelda Elizabeth Robichaud (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Mooney and Emily Mooney (Foley); her husbands, Joseph Whalen and Art Robichaud; her granddaughter Amelia; and her siblings, Harold, Mary, John F. (Annie) and Art Mooney (Kay).
She is survived by: her children, Gerard (Dianne), Brendon (Joanne), Jim, David (Anne Marie), Wanda Canning (Gord), Karen Moore (Carl), Cathy and Michael (Ana); her grandchildren, Evan, Nathan, Brett, Erin, Melissa, Bethany, Dave, Amanda, Rachel, Skylar, Ava, Alex, Emily, Michael Jr., Mathew and Marcus; her siblings-in-law, Bill Whalen (Vera) and Sharon Whalen (late Jim); and her friends, Bernadette Paquet (Marie Hagen) and Phyllis Robertson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great- grandchildren.
