He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, George and Wilna Millar; his wife Margaret Bagnall (Millar); his brother Gordon Bagnall (Pamela); and his brother-in-law Herman Millar.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Collicutt (Sheldon), Kathryn Loerick (Todd), Harold Bagnall (Arlene), Christine Gallant (Dave) and George Bagnall (Sonia); his grandchildren, Blake (Sonya), Bradley (Carrie), Ryan (Amber), Colin (Renee), Connor, Samuel (Garrett), Sophie, Brandon and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Landon, Emma, Caden, Lily, Nate, Jake, Rosie, Brady and Bo; his siblings, Alyce Palmisano (late Phil), Jeannie Campbell (late Lorne) and Jimmy Bagnall (Eileen); and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Millar (Marilyn) and Brenda Millar.
