We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Neilla Dawn Waugh (Central Bedeque, Prince Edward Island), born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Waugh and Frances Waugh (Neill). She is survived by: her sisters, Vivian Wright (Carl) and Elaine Schurman (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours on Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. Memorial donations to the Bedeque Baptist Church or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
