He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Waugh and Muriel Waugh; his wives, Claudette and Grace; and his siblings, Willard, Georgie (Ralph) and Janet.

He is survived by: his children, Calvin (Sandra), Ian (Karen), Laura (Tim) and Marvin; his grandchildren, Ryan, Tabitha, Carlos, Camilla and Paulo; his brother Harry (Shirley); and his sister-in-law June.
