He was predeceased by: his parent Emmett Conway; his parent-in-law Melvin Dougay; and his sibling-in-law Charlene Costain. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth; his children, William Conway of Central Bedeque, Cindy and Campbell of Spring Hill, PE.; his parent Wanda Conway (Greenan); his parent-in-law Mary Dougay; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn (late Frank McAvinn), Judy, Richards and Carl McMurrer (Pam).

Donations in Blair's memory may be made to the St. Peter's Cemetery Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society.
