He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard MacIntyre and Bernadette MacIntyre (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Erica MacIntyre; his children, Sarah Perry (Cliff) and Suzy MacIntyre; his stepson Lance Wallace (Louise); his grandchildren, Tyson and Lexi; his stepgrandchildren, Paige, Tia and Trey; his siblings, Joe (Eileen), Arlene Rice and Jimmy; and his brother-in-law Norman (Heather). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Dwayne may be made to Island Nature Trust or to the All Saints Parish Cemetery fund.
