He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jarvis and Barbara "Tiny" Mill (Reeves); and his sister Georgie Affleck. He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Mill (Skikiewich); his children, Tina Mill (Dave Stewart), Lana Mill (Aubrey Farrar) and Kent Mill (Denise Gallant); his grandchildren, Paige Bordage (Andrew) and Nathan LeClair (Hannah Minard); and his siblings, Erwin Mill (Marlene Doull) and Barb Jay (Irwin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
