He is survived by: his spouse Catherine "Kay" (late McMillan) of Stratford; his children, Margaret Ladner (Gord), Wendy Stanhope (Brian), Lorrie Cudmore (Carl) and Shelley MacLean (Robert); his child-in-law Kim Moore; his grandchildren, Adam (Veronica), Amanda, Crystal (Mitch), Justin, Jarred, Ryan, Lucas, Daniel (Emma), Darcy (Grace), Cody (Laura), Katelyn (Pat) and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Brett, Maverick, Vienna and Kyle; and his siblings, Alvin, Shirley, Fran and Heather.
Memorial donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
