He was predeceased by: his wife Eliza Clements (Perry); his parents, Andrew Clements and Leona Clements (Peters); his children, Wendy, Wendell, Wilfred and Linda Clements; his stepchildren, Danny, Anne, Francis, Freddy and Charlie O'Halloran; and his brothers, Melvin and Carl Clements.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Arsenault (John), Sally Doucette (Doug), Susan Arsenault (Raymond) and Marvin Clements (Tammy); his stepchildren, Joseph O'Halloran, Theresa O'Halloran and Isabel MacPhail; and his sisters, Bernice Provost, Mildred Perry and Matilda Clements.
