He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Marie Oliver; his parents, John Robert and Charlotte Evelyn Oliver; and his siblings, Edgar, Reginald and Shirley Bowness.
He is survived by: his family Wendall Robert Oliver of Alberton; his children, John Oliver (Mylene) of Alberton, Wendy Hutt (Brian) of Northport, Robin Profit (John) of Alberton and Ross McCormick of Alberton; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Brody, Dallas, Dakota and Presley; his great grandchildren, Kolby, Kameryn, Kenzie, Autumn, Serenity, Clara, Caleb and Tucker; his sibling Trude Dolphin (Joseph) of Emyvale; and his brother-in-law Jerry Jeffery (Josie) of Alberton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel (419 Main St, Alberton, PE C0B 1B0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel.
