Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roger Wayne Gavin of Alberton, Prince Edward Island, who passed away at the age of 59, on January 26, 2025. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louise Mary and William Cyril Gavin of Alberton; his siblings, Eric (Carol) of O'Leary, Linda of Alberton, Roy (Jupita) of Summerside and Claude (Myrna) of Miscouche; his nieces and nephews, Bethany, Melanie, Dwayne, Michelle, Melissa and Marcel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin, Fischer and Lexi. He was also cherished by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and by his many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel (419 Main St, Alberton, PE C0B 1B0). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (341 Main St, Alberton, PE C0B1B0).
