He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Coughlin and Ruth Coughlin; and his siblings, Mona and Roger. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bell Coughlin (Betty); his children, Sylvia Coughlin of Victoria, BC, Darlene Coughlin of Launching, PEI, Kelly Coughlin of Kensington and Jason Coughlin (Linda) of Miscouche; his grandchildren, Cody Gallant, Raelene Gallant, Owen Fornetran, Brynne, Isabella, Brooklyn and Jaxon Coughlin; and his siblings, Cora Hardy, Lynn Adams (Gordon), Angie MacDonald (Wade), Cindy Gillis (Lennie), Janet Coughlin Cameron, Alexis Hardy (James) and Kent Coughlin (Charlotte). He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, his nieces, nephews and by his many friends.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic Vax passes and Government issued ID are needed to attend the funeral.
