Alden Samuel Metherall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alden Samuel Metherall (Alberton, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Alden Samuel farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Alden Samuel is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur R. Metherall and Lulu M. Metherall. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorna Metherall, Barbara Grey and Judy Matthews. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and by 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
