He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordan Murray and Helen Murray of Harmony, PEI.; his brother Raymond Murray; and his brother-in-law William Dawson (Bill). He is survived by: his children, Sharra Murray (Kolton Gavin) and Bryson Murray (Tori Payne); his stepdaughter Lynn Doyle (Adam Doucette); his siblings, Sheila (John Manderson), Priscilla (Kevin MacMillan), Laurie Dawson, Alex (Ida) and John (Effie); his grandchildren, Lexus, Saydee and Kylan; and his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Cole and Kyson.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Felix Hall.
