She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Dearling and Sylvia Dearling (Markham); her brothers, Barry and Clive; and her nephew Clifford.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lionel Dearling (Gail) and Nova Gunn; and her nieces and nephews, Wade, Della, Athena, Cheryl, Natasha, Brinley, Kyle, Brent and Jason.
