He was predeceased by: his son Gregory; his siblings, Larry (Mary), Cecile Hartman-Mayrand, Michael (Yvonne), Cyrille (Anne), Robert (Joanne), Karl (Mary Regier), Clare (Mary Faye Regier), Clarence (Joan Regier), Pat (Evelyn Regier) and Mary Regier; his parents, Kuno Hartman and Theresa Hartman (Ducharme); and his siblings, Cecelia (Louis Farwell), Victor (Irene), Richard, Jerry and Jean (Gregory Fleming).

He is survived by: his wife Janice (Regier); and his children, Maureen, Gary Fisher, Francis, Doreen, Stephen, Margaret, Paul, Jane, Tom, Jasia, Anthony, Monique, Denis, Danielle, Cathy, Marshall Chanda, Mark Wardell, Anne, Steve Harburn, Matt, Lisa, Mary, Jared Cantin, James Webster, John and Tara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
