He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Bedard and Joan Bedard; his parents-in-law, George, Irene Blyde and Barb Blyde; his sister Linda Sangster; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Bedard, Linda Bedard, Tony, Jack Ducharme, Ed Webster, Kevin, John Blyde and Ron MacEachern.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Bedard (Blyde); his children, Anita Bedard, Nick Asher, Dennis and Jessica Bedard; his grandchildren, Tyler, Athena, Arabella, Landon and Liam; and his siblings, Paul Bedard, David (Marilyn Bedard), Michael Bedard, Gail Ducharme, Denise Webster, Carol Ducharme, Rosemary (Brian Rader), Sonny Secord, George (Carol Blyde), Pat Blyde, Connie Blyde, Tom (Sandy Blyde) and Theresa MacEachern.
