It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elaine (Gerber) Gingerich of Zurich, Ontario, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Gingerich; her children, Duane Boles of Waterloo and Bonnie Gingerich; her parents, Solomon Gerber and Edna Gerber (Yantzi); her sister Nancy Gerber; and her siblings-in-law, Norman Steckly, Clare "Toby" Faulhafer, Edgar Gingerich, Harold Zehr, Mildred Gingerich and Viola Ramer (Sidney).
She is survived by: her daughter Anita; her grandchildren, Tyler Boles, Nichole Foster and Eden Boles; her siblings, Marlene Steckly, Frieda Faulhafer, Lloyd (Connie Gerber), Wayne (Joyce Gerber), Stephen (Mary Ellen Gingerich), Laurene Zehr and Verna Gingerich; and her friend Bill Wickenheiser. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Donations to the Kingsfield-Zurich Mennonite Church or Lisaard House would be appreciated by the family.
