He was predeceased by: his daughter Sallina Cook; his parents, Charles Cook and Gertrude Cook; his stepmother Doreen Toye; and his stepbrother Danny Beck.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his siblings, Donna Woollett (Terry) of Zurich and Ernie (Barbara von der Gonna) of Wingham; his niece Kimberly Woollett of Caledon; his stepsiblings, Gerald, Christine, Butch, Lorraine, Dennis and Sheila; his sister-in-law Linda; and his close friends, Paul and Judy Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a Pet Rescue, Huron Hospice or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
