She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Deitz and Myrtle Deitz; her husband Ray McKinnon; her son David; her stepsons, Kevin McKinnon and Randy McKinnon; her siblings, Helen Geiger, Betty Haist, Glen Deitz and Pete Deitz; and the father of her children Herb.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Turkheim of London, Cheryl O'Brien (Garry) of Grand Bend, Dan Turkheim (Julie) of Exeter, Lori Dellow (Rick) of Grand Bend and Donna Armstrong (Kevin) of Brantford; her stepchildren, Janet McKinnon of Zurich, Shane McKinnon (Betty) of Zurich, Nancy-Rae Lovie (Bob) of Grand Bend, Kim McKinnon (Judy) of Zurich, Jeff McKinnon (Sandy) of Exeter, Wayne McKinnon of Zurich and Derek McKinnon of Zurich; her sister Gloria Allen; and her sisters-in-law, Edith Plourde, Elaine McKinnon and Patricia Jarbeau. She is also survived by many friends, extended family.
