He was predeceased by: his brother Bob Mittelholtz S. J. (Edward Mittelholtz). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Merner); his children, Jen and Trevor Skinner of Zurich; his grandchildren, Cohen, Kinley and Adelyn; his siblings, Norbert Mittelholtz (Norma) of Burlington, Sister Carol Mittelholtz C. S. J. of London, Cecilia Mittelholtz of Ilderton and Gerald Merner (Carolyn) of Penetanguishene; his cousin Mary Hagan of London; his close friends, Patty and Joey Groot; and also, Cassie Garcia, Josh Groot and Ben Groot. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
