He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Willert and Sarah Anne Willert (Carlile); his brothers, Louis and Wayne; and his brother-in-law John McDonald.
He is survived by: his spouse Agnes Willert (Bedard); his children, Douglas Willert of Zurich, Dennis, Nicole Willert of Lucan and Damion Willert of Zurich; his grandchildren, Noah of Jessie, Ashton, Olivia, Ethan and Edison; his sibling Judy McDonald of Allen Park; and his friend Charlie.
Donations to the Canadian Paraplegic Association or JDRF Canada (Juvenile Diabetes) would be appreciated by the family.
