He is survived by: his children, Jamie (Vikki) and David (Robyn); his grandchildren, Jack and Maddie; his brothers, Graham (Felicity) of England and Peter (Gail) of England; and his close friends, Robert Ainsworth, Andrew Woodhouse and John Woodhouse. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
