She was predeceased by: her son Jim Zylstra; her granddaughter Melanie; and her son-in-law Jack Langeveld. She is survived by: her spouse Lodewyk Zylstra; and her children, Irene Posthumus (Steve), Margaret Zylstra (Bob), Marie Krisko (Joel), Diane Wassing (Ed), Rodger Zylstra (Tcherina) and Jeff Zylstra (Judy).
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to John Knox Christian School.
