He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Shea and Reta Shea; and his brothers, Don Shea (Dettes) and Jack Shea (late Marion). He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Melanie VanKessel (Pete) and Daniel Shea (Gabriela); his grandchildren, Tylor VanKessel (Robyn), Diamond (Derek), Colin VanKessel (Jen), Kelsey Kuijpers (Joris), Patrick Medd, Jack Medd, Dodge, Rex VanKessel, Lillian, Harper, Henley, Rayna, Demi Terpstra, Colten VanKessel and Krista Kuijpers; and his sister Muriel Harrison (late Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to covid-19 restrictions a private service will be held.
