He is survived by: his children, Peter (Holly), Larry (Joanne), Harold (Nikki), Hilda Heemskerk (Pete) and Tammy; his stepgrandchildren, John Hoekstra (Marlene), Pete Hoekstra (Michelle), Connie Wilpstra (Harry), Robb Hoekstra (Laurie) and Jeff Hoekstra (Kasi); and his siblings, Margaret (Dick), Alice (Eiko), Jane (Leo), Bontje (Ootsa), Pete (Alice) and Henk (Margaret). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
