He was predeceased by: his father Donald. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Bailey (Brydan), Taylor, Ashley (Tayt) and Forest; his mother Grace; and his brothers, Terry (Sharon) and Todd (Shanna). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
