She was predeceased by: her husband John Cafik; her daughters, Susan and Victoria Cafik; her grandson Ken Cafik; and her daughter-in-law Coleen Wise.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen, Rosemary Cafik, Tom Cafik, Margaret, Daniel Roushorne, Mary, Michael Geczy and Nancy Cleary; her son-in-law Derek Cleary; and her friends, Steve and Linda Payne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation or Cystic Fibrosis Canada would be appreciated.
