He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank Rogers, Don Rogers, Donamay Scott and Tom Rogers; and his brother-in-law Dick Fletcher.
He is survived by: his close friend Ivadell McIntosh; his children, Susan Samworth (Nelson), Shelley (John Donlevy) and Ron; the mother of his children Donna; his children-in-law, Dave Tucker and Jeanette MacDonald; his grandchildren, Amy Samworth (Ryan Pollock), Ryan Samworth (Erin), Matt Tucker, Derek Tucker (Sheena), Jenna Witmer and Wyatt Rogers; his siblings, Jim Rogers (Nancy), Vianne Manson (Bob), Carolyn Fletcher and Deborah Winer (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Rogers, Garfield Scott and Lois Rogers. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
