He is survived by: his wife Tanya Deurwaarder (Boelhouwer); his children, Ella Balkwill (Jim), Ed Deurwaarder (Lynda), Diana Klingenberg (Gerald) and Wayne Deurwaarder; and his siblings, Rie and Kees.
