He is survived by: his children, Shelley Mutch (Mark Ryder) and Michael Mutch (Lisa); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Justin (Angelina), Emily (Chris), Evan and Landon; and his siblings, Lorraine Bloomfield (Butch), Valerie Durston (Tom), Charlene Brown (Kim), Dave Mutch (Janet) and Patty Mutch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
