He is survived by: his parents, Angela and Derek; his siblings, Kaitlyn and Mike; his grandparents, Adrian, Nellie Couwenberg, Arlene Vermeersch and John Vermeersch; his aunts and uncles, Perry Couwenberg (Kim), John Couwenberg (Val), Carolin VanDenBoogaard (Ben), Arlene Couwenberg (Todd), Adrian Couwenberg (Ann), Dallas Vermeersch (Rebecca) and Jason Vermeersch; and his close friends, Cole Wilson, Seth Bender and Jack Skoneczny.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to the scholarship fund in Travis's name at St. Mary's High School.
