It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Ruttan of Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Ruttan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Tom and Mary Ruttan Tom. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his siblings, Bob (Heather), Claudia Jungert (late Paul) and Marty (Lynn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
