He is survived by: his spouse Elaine G. L. Maynard; his children, Patricia Maaten (Ken) and Scott Maynard (Ann); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Christine), Dayna (Adam), Ryan (Renate), Matthew (Mallory), Liam and Keara; and his great grandchildren, Juniper, Walker, Avery, Greyson and Cullen.
